The Texture of Waves

It’s been a busy summer, albeit more adventure-wise than in the way of image making. Now that a chill has returned to the air, I’m back to work and cooking new images, in part made from my trekking around. Here, I waded into the Columbia River and fell in love with the gentle texture of the waves around me, the smoke from nearby forest fires making for an eerie light and tone. I got plenty of opportunities to give my underwater Lumix a workout, so stay tuned for more water-based art (among other outdoor delights)!
