“This Good Earth” – Come hang out on February 4!

“This Good Earth” is the topic of this year’s themed exhibition at Newspace Center for Photography here in Portland.  Twenty-five photographers (I’m in there too!) will be showing work that speaks to the the following ideal:

“We live on a beautiful planet. Despite war, poverty, disease, pollution, and the many other challenges we face, the Earth remains unaccountably beautiful and richly fertile in many places. We invite images that speak to the Earth’s regenerative spirit and to humankind’s close relationship to nature and the land.”

The opening reception is on Friday, February 4th from 6-9pm.  Stop by for some wine, cheese, and hobnobbing with the contemporary arts community.  If you can’t make it for the opening, the show will be up through the month, so stop by the gallery at leisure!
